Love is choice

 If love comes from appreciating goodness, it needn't just happen -- We can make it happen. Love is active. We can create it. Just focus on the good in another person (and everyone has some). If we can do this easily, we can love easily.

Love is the attachment that results from deeply appreciating another's goodness. Love is patient, love is kind. But I said Love is nothing in my Life.......But its true its everything.
